Notes:
In 4-locations, the SCAN TYPE and SCAN DIRECTIONS possible are as follows:
Auto – moves automatically after hitting a switch
Hold – moves only when a switch is being held down
Step – moves one step each time a switch is hit
Linear – left to right then next line down
Circular – stepwise through each key in a circle
Row/Col – scans the row first, then the column
