Notes:
Here a 4 Row 2 Column table was inserted, then the first column was highlighted
and the right-hand line dragged in to make the whole column narrower.
The first cell now contains text and the second contain sequenced icons,
separated by spaces. To fit in the width of the cell, they were also shrunk
slightly.
You can then print one of these off on a sheet of Avery paper with a peel-off
back. Cut out the strip, peel off the back, and stick them in your reading
book as a prompt.
